What if your biggest dreams don’t need a massive plan, but a tiny nudge?
I’m on a mission to impact 9.5 million people in 15 years. Sounds wild, right? But let me tell you a secret: it all started with helping just two.
This isn’t some fairytale. It’s compounding math. If I help two people this year, and they help two next year, and so on, the ripple effect becomes exponential. It’s like compound interest, but with good vibes and better habits.
And the thing that’s kept me moving forward? A lock screen on my phone that says, “Just One More Becomes Millions.” One more step. One more post. One more kind gesture.
The mantra “Just One More” came to me during a chaotic season. I didn’t need to win the whole war, I just needed to win the next moment. Sometimes that meant getting out of bed. Sometimes it meant recording a podcast, or writing another blog post.
In Habit Craft 101, I talk about how action trumps willpower. Motivation is overrated. It shows up after we act, not before. “Just One More” is my brain’s cheat code to get moving, especially when self-doubt whispers nasty things like, “You’re not good enough” or “This won’t matter.”
Guess what? It does matter.
I’ve already reached people with my book, my podcast, and even my Instagram rants recorded from the driver’s seat. I’m 10 months in and already way past my goal of helping just two people this year.
Want to try this for yourself? Use my 5-10-15 method:
- 5 minutes: What action can you take right now?
- 10 months: Where could that effort get you?
- 15 years: Who will you become?
I created a worksheet to walk you through the 5-10-15 method and help you track your tiny wins!
My son can run a mile without blinking but can’t walk 30 feet to the bathroom when he’s “too tired.” That’s life in a nutshell. Show up anyway.
So go ahead, try “Just One More.” Because that’s how greatness begins.
