I am not formally diagnosed with ADHD. Can I join?

All core sessions are virtual and recorded. Walking circles are audio only, join from anywhere.

Start 15 min daily in Week 1, grow to ~6 hours total by Week 12 including work you are doing anyway inside your role.

You will send an upfront alignment email so expectations are clear. Manager touch points at Weeks 4, 8, 12.

You must do the work. If you complete all required assignments and do not see measurable improvement in at least one of the core metrics, engagement, energy, time reclaimed, you can roll into a future cohort at no tuition.
