I am a relentless optimist, lifelong learner, and proud parent of two energetic boys. With a diverse career spanning industries like banking, marketing, software development, and photography, I have developed a knack for understanding human behavior and solving complex challenges with practical solutions.

When faced with the struggle of helping my eldest son thrive with ADHD, my wife and I found ourselves overwhelmed and searching for answers. Through relentless study—devouring books on psychology, decision-making, and habit formation—and iterating on every insight, we discovered the transformative power of habits. These lessons not only reshaped our family’s life but also inspired the creation of this book, Habit Craft 101.

Driven by a deep commitment to helping others succeed, I believe happiness isn’t a destination but a mindset. My approach blends positivity, practicality, and consistency, showing readers how small, intentional actions can lead to big changes. Confidence and competence are built through action and consistency—and those are the enemies of anxiety.

Outside of writing, I mentor, volunteer, and live by a philosophy of embracing challenges head-on. I’m not a scientist or a doctor; I’m an ordinary guy with an extraordinary purpose: to help others build a legacy of growth, one small step at a time.

This is a field guide. It's meant to be carried everywhere so you can take action and write any notes you have. It's in A5 format and under 100 pages, the perfect logbook for your day to day travels.

Digital

Not everyone likes to carry around an extra item, so I've formatted it for all devices. In addition to the digital copy of the book I've built a digital workbook so you can participate in the exercises throughout.

Audiobook

Experience the story through sound. I often stack my learning with other activities like cycling or showering. Just like the digital copy, you will receive an additional digital workbook to follow along.
