Who Are You When You’re at Your Best?
Your DISC personality type reveals how you naturally think, feel, and take action. Understanding it is the foundation for building habits that actually stick.

About
The DISC Personality System originated in the 1920s when psychologist William Marston developed a theoretical model for understanding human behavior based on four major character traits. Marston was not merely interested in examining people; he was interested in what drives human action and how human beings can learn about both themselves and those around them better. DISC stands for Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness, which indicates a different set of strengths and behavioral tendencies. This model has since evolved into one of the most popular personality assessments, helping people build self-awareness and become better communicators in any situation – be it work, home, or group settings.
- Dominance (“D”) are direct, confident, and results-oriented; they are the ambitious go-getters who attack the problem straight on, do not waste time in procrastination.
- Influence (“I”) are social, enthusiastic, and charming; they relish the company of others and bring energy into any room. They get people rallying behind a good idea or goal quite easily.
- Steadiness (“S”) are reliable, patient, and supportive; they are steadfast and strong for stable conditions and harmony-they make all the people to stay in the group and work together.
- Conscientiousness (“C”) types are detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized. They focus on accuracy and precision, digging into facts and data to make informed decisions.
